Roster and client review
Role-scoped roster, client-detail, notes, labs, and review surfaces are implemented. Sparse-data, provenance, and large-roster behavior remain pilot gates.
Founder-led coach pilot
Members use the native app each day. Approved coaches use the web workspace to review selected context, adjust one bounded program or follow-up job, and verify what reaches the member. Azygos is validating that complete service loop before broad professional release.
Selected operating boundary
Current component evidence
These are source- and test-backed components, not customer-outcome claims. The professional action → native member receipt/response → follow-up loop remains the pilot's defining proof obligation.
Role-scoped roster, client-detail, notes, labs, and review surfaces are implemented. Sparse-data, provenance, and large-roster behavior remain pilot gates.
Coaches can work with program-builder and revision components. A publish click is not presented as proof that the member received, understood, or acted on the result.
Nutrition review, targets, meals, supplements, and protocol components exist. This role remains behind the shared trust and delivery work rather than broadly available.
Connection, pillar-permission, revoke, and access-history components exist. Provider-side denial and complete cross-channel revocation still require release evidence.
Access by role
Interest open
Controlled founder-led pilot
The selected first cohort is solo or small-practice coaches testing one bounded continuity job with designated members. Fit, capacity, scope, and trust prerequisites are reviewed before access.

Interest, not instant access
Nutrition capability is promising but not broadly released. Register the workflow you need; the reply may be research, a waitlist, or a later closed-beta discussion.

No live intake or commerce promise
Practitioner intake, lab-record association, public forms, packages, and checkout are not available for a live rollout while safety and record-integrity gates remain open.

Share your role, active-client range, current stack, and one continuity problem. Submission does not create an account or reserve a place.
If there is fit and capacity, Azygos agrees the selected job, designated participants, data boundaries, support, stop rules, and—if paid—a manual contract or invoice.
The team provisions and can revoke a bounded workspace. There is no public professional trial, catalog, or self-serve Stripe activation.
The cohort tests professional action through native member receipt, response, failure, retry, and follow-up. Component use alone is not success.
Azygos reviews task quality, delivery integrity, support burden, safety, and repeated use before expanding, iterating, or stopping.
Deliberate exclusions
Not through public self-service. Approved pilot workspaces are manually provisioned after a fit, scope, and trust review. Existing approved participants can sign in.
No current public trial or self-serve price is promised. If a pilot is paid, its terms use a signed manual contract or invoice and map to audited access.
The pilot treats Azygos as a continuity and action layer. Scheduling, general messaging, payments, and practice records remain in the systems you already use unless a later funded decision changes that boundary.
Nothing beyond a support-inbox review and reply. Capacity, cohort fit, member participation, launch market, safety prerequisites, and current release evidence can result in a waitlist or decline.
Next honest action
The contextual request preserves coach and source information, then routes your note to support for a manual fit review. It does not provision, bill, or imply acceptance.
Professional responsibility
Professionals remain responsible for client relationships, scope, local obligations, and review of any draft material. Azygos is a wellness continuity workspace, not a practitioner of record, medical device, or substitute for qualified professional judgment.
